Choose a clean, dry storage area
Keep packs off dirty floors where practical and away from dust, waste, fuels, cleaning products and other chemicals. Use a stable surface that will not damage the packaging.
Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat
Store packaged water in a cool, shaded place and follow any storage directions printed on the packaging. Do not leave stock for long periods in a hot vehicle or exposed outdoor area.
Inspect packs before use
Check that caps and seals are intact and that bottles or jars are not cracked, leaking or visibly damaged. Do not use a pack if its seal or condition raises a concern; contact the seller or manufacturer for guidance.
Handle reusable jars carefully
Use reusable water jars only as intended, keep the dispenser clean and follow the supplier’s guidance for returns, cleaning and replacement. Do not refill single-use packaged bottles for repeated use unless the packaging is specifically designed for it.
